KWADRON, while performing its business functions, processes personal data, including for the following purposes:

c) in the scope of establishing, investigating or defending against claims – for the period of limitation of such claims provided for by law

c) in the scope of establishing, investigating or defending against claims – for the period of limitation of such claims provided for by law

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in connection with KWADRON has a legitimate interest in sending the newsletter

Commercial Information – Newsletter and SMS Newsletter 

After checking the checkboxes regarding the relevant consents, the User has the option of subscribing to our Newsletter by providing an e-mail address or telephone number, which constitutes consent to receive correspondence containing commercial information from KWADRON spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in (31 -345) Krakow, ul. Sosnowiecka 81 – by e-mail or via SMS. In this way, we inform the User about our latest offers (e.g. news, promotions or sales). In order to prepare information tailored to the User, we use cookies (more on cookies in the “Cookies Policy”). If the User has given us his date of birth, we can prepare for him, for example, a birthday offer. 

The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the link contained in each Newsletter received. 

KWADRON, each time in its information clauses provided to you, informs in detail about the recipients of your data. In the case of portals and websites that allow expressing opinions about KWADRON run on social networks and other publicly available websites, other users of these websites may be the recipients of the data. 

Providing data is necessary, for example, to conclude contracts and fulfill legal obligations. Your personal data may be made available to KWADRON by the entity with which KWADRON has concluded a contract. In the remaining scope, providing data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to provide the services offered. 

We do not process personal data in a fully automated manner (including in the form of profiling). The decision to provide specific information is ultimately made by the Administrator’s employee. 

The recipients of personal data may be employees and associates of KWADRON and entities providing various types of services to KWADRON, including: debt collection companies, marketing companies, banks, payment platforms, postal operators, carriers, companies that print correspondence or handle correspondence received from customers, economic information offices, document archiving companies, partners providing IT, technical, legal and consulting services. 

KWADRON reserves the right to conduct competitions, organize events and undertake other initiatives. Information about the processing of your data related to their implementation will be provided in the content of separate documents, including separate regulations. 

Each natural person whose data is processed has the rights resulting from applicable regulations, i.e. the possibility of submitting a request for: 

access to your personal data, 

deletion of your personal data, 

rectification of your personal data, 

to object to the processing of your personal data, 

limiting the processing of your personal data, 

transfer of your personal data, 

withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, if the processing of personal data is based on consent to the processing of personal data – Art. 6 para. 1 lit. and the GDPR. 

Natural persons have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). Detailed information in this regard can be obtained on the website: www.uodo.gov.pl. 

We obtain your personal data primarily from you. You provide them to us when registering on our website kwadronpmu.com and subscribing to the newsletter on our website. We receive additional personal data, e.g. address of residence or tax identification number, from you in connection with the execution of transactions for the sale of items and/or services via our website. We also obtain your data in connection with the reservation of goods, your complaints and as part of your contact with our consultants. 

Your personal data may also be transferred to us by third parties, including at your request. This applies, for example, to a situation where you want to register on our website using the functionality of social media and our partners:
