Will I receive confirmation of the date and time of the training along with the Voucher?
No, the Voucher will only include the contact information of the ProArtist conducting your chosen training. It’s your responsibility to reach out to your Trainer and finalize the details of the training. If you happen to forget to do this, we will send you a reminder.

Does the Voucher grant me discounts at the Kwadron PMU store?
You’ll be delighted to hear this! In your thank-you package, you’ll receive not only a diploma confirming your completed training but also special gifts, gadgets, and exclusive shopping promotions at our PMU store.

Does the Academy provide the equipment for training?
Yes. Our trainers have professional machines, cartridges and pigments in their salons, and you will be using them during your training.

Is it possible to pay for the training organized by the Academy at the Kwadron PMU store?
No, the payment for the training is made directly to the Trainer after the session. The fee cannot exceed the amount published on the Academy's website at the time of your registration (which is also indicated on the Voucher).
